Box Admin


LOCATION: Kapitolyo

HOURS: Full-Time  



A Box Admin reports to the Box Manager. He/she will lead, direct and control all aspects of front desk operations with an emphasis on member service, contribute sales forecast and overall gym administration.



Front Desk Receptionist role

Greet guests and answer phone inquiries

Ensure Information Sheet is properly filled out by clients/new members

Interacts with members and ensure they are welcome to the gym. Should be familiarize all their


Receive and process payment of members

Accurate encoding of members with the use membership management software (Zen Planner)

and able to generate reports consistently.

Sales Personnel Role

Helps in achieving membership targets set by Box Managers/Consultants

Share and promote marketing events/activities of Crossfit through the use of social media

flatform (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

Attains sales targets set by manager

Making outbound calls for those who failed to sign up for membership

Create and submit sales report monthly to the Box Manager

Submits Daily Sales Report and Daily Sales Activity Report

Administrative role

Consistently update community boards for members and posting of relevant events of members

(birthdays, holiday announcements, etc) to social media accounts

Manage and monitor the activities of maintenance staff/cleaner

Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of gym

On time replenishment of cash fund

Coordinates any concerns to the Branch Manager and Head office (Head Honcho Inc.)

Submit daily sales reports & deposit monitoring

Adhere to and contribute to efficient operations, as well as all company policies based on the

guidelines set by management

Able to use the HR Online Timekeeping System (Zenhours) for payroll purposes



Graduate of any 4 year course

With background in Sales and Marketing

Experience working in a fitness center is a major plus

Good Customer Service

Computer Literate

Organizational and planning skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Crossfit Experience Preferred
